Hi, I’m Annette! Like most individuals I have experienced setbacks in life as the result of accidents, sports injuries and job-related repetitive strains and postural compensations in the body. It was my own healing journey that led me Structural Integration.

In 2012 I experienced the work first hand. It was that experience that inspired me to become a practitioner. While completing the 10 series I witnessed first-hand the impact of each session. I started to feel my body open up and begin to lengthen. I experienced shifts in my body that gave me more movement and fluidity in areas that I didn’t even know I was restricted until it was released. As we worked through each session, I could sense that one session was building on the next and so on. I felt lighter, lifted more open. I had more energy in general and started to approach my day with a renewed positivity and freshness. By the time I completed the 10 series I knew that I needed to learn this work so that I could share the benefits of receiving it with others. I completed the 500hr training and in 2015 I certified as Rolf Method of Structural Integration Practitioner.

In 2020 to further complement and round out my skill set I returned to the classroom once again, since then completing two different CYA 200 yoga teacher training certifications, 2020 and 2023.

Today as an RMT, Certified Structural Integrator and Certified Yoga teacher, I am inspired to help people live as pain free as possible! Drawing on my knowledge and skill set I enjoy facilitating the process of integration- body and movement. My goal is to leave an individual with the necessary knowledge, empowering them with the tools to create greater body awareness so they can continue the process of healing in the comfort of their own home.

I look forward to working with you.

Hello everyone, my name is Dr. Aaron Van Gaver, a naturopathic doctor and addiction counsellor who recently moved to Kincardine from Toronto. I have over 21 years of experience, spending the first 17 years of my clinical practice in Vancouver BC.

I have a strong focus on education and community health, and my practice delivers a full range of personalized care to patients. In addition to individualized patient care I also deliver in-house health programs and workshops to corporate staff and “well-ness” initiatives. I care about my patients, and I am here to coach you to maximum wellness and a healthy lifestyle that includes optimum balancing of hormonal health for both women and men.

Naturopathic Medicine is best used when we are feeling healthy. Not all of my patients are dealing with chronic complaints, the majority actually come to see me on a yearly basis, in order to STAY healthy. Some individuals will come in annually for a health check up – get routine blood work, and a physical exam if needed, while others have specific health complaints that they would like addressed. My practice is unique in that I work closely with a good friend of mine who is a nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner Michelle Martin RN and I have a special focus in helping men and women optimize hormonal health using hormones, supplements, herbs and lifestyle changes. My areas of focus are:

Male hormones Female hormones Gut health Metabolic health (diabetes, heart) Mental health and addiction Allergies (environmental and food) Weight loss If you are interested in finding out more, or know of any friends and family members looking for complementary care with your medical issues, please contact me to schedule an appointment.

Katie Franklin is a Baby-Led Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist who believes sleep support should feel safe, responsive, and rooted in connection. Her journey into baby and toddler sleep began during her work as a Postpartum Doula, where questions about sleep were a constant and deeply emotional concern for new parents. Grounded in attachment parenting and nurturing development, Katie was drawn to a gentler approach, one that respects your baby or toddler’s emotional needs and moves away from cry-it-out or traditional sleep training methods. She works with families to uncover the underlying causes of sleep challenges to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Katie’s goal is to help parents gently rebuild a positive sleep relationship with their baby or toddler, while honouring developmental stages and individual needs. Hi, I’m Christine and I am a certified childbirth educator and certified lactation counsellor. In my prior schooling, I focused on early childhood education (RECE) & children’s mental health. I also have an Honours BSc in biological sciences where I enjoyed courses in developmental biology, nutrition, and psychology. I am a mom to a busy 6 and 3 year old. My 6 year old was who sparked my urge to bring more education to the perinatal world after feeling a bit lost during my birthing experience. Education and support can be very empowering and that’s my ultimate goal; to empower parents-to-be and postpartum parents through their journey.

When I’m not talking all about babies, you can find me teaching children in nature, climbing in a tree, baking, or going on adventures with my kiddos.

I believe that parents need support throughout the journey and that postpartum doesn’t stop at 6 weeks. I am excited to share my knowledge with those in the community.
